1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission) Amendment Notice 2013.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Principal notice

This notice amends the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission) Notice 2009 (the principal notice).

This notice, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, amends the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission) Notice 2009. The amendment updates the list of international conservation and management measures that have been adopted by the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission.
