Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Accident Compensation Amendment Act 2013, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

This order is the Accident Compensation Amendment Act 2013 Commencement Order 2013.
2 Commencement of Accident Compensation Amendment Act 2013
The Accident Compensation Amendment Act 2013 comes into force on 2 September 2013.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings the Accident Compensation Amendment Act 2013 into force on 2 September 2013. The Accident Compensation Amendment Act 2013 is consequential on the Legal Services Amendment Act 2013, which also comes into force on 2 September 2013.
Date of notification in Gazette: 1 August 2013.
This order is administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
