Pursuant to section 400(f) of the Immigration Act 2009, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Immigration (Visa, Entry Permission, and Related Matters) Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2013.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 9 September 2013.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the Immigration (Visa, Entry Permission, and Related Matters) Regulations 2010 (the principal regulations).
4 Schedule 4 amended
In Schedule 4, item relating to regulations 10(1)(a) and 12(1) and (3)(g), replace
“140”
with“165”
in each place.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 9 September 2013, amend the Immigration (Visa, Entry Permission, and Related Matters) Regulations 2010. The regulations increase the application fee, from $140 to $165, for visas relating to working holiday schemes where the application must be made online. This aligns the application fee with other application fees for visas relating to working holiday schemes.
Date of notification in Gazette: 8 August 2013.
These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
