All that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land Registration District containing 3 765 square metres, more or less, situate in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 19249, and being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register TNK3/358 (Taranaki Registry).
