Order

1 Title

This order is the Community Magistrates (Remuneration and Allowances) Amendment Order 2013.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Principal order

This order amends the Community Magistrates (Remuneration and Allowances) Order 1998 (the principal order).

4 Clause 2 amended (Remuneration of Community Magistrates (other than Chief Community Magistrate))

In clause 2, replace “$13.60” with “$13.93”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, amends clause 2 of the Community Magistrates (Remuneration and Allowances) Order 1998. The amendment raises the quarter-hour remuneration fee for Community Magistrates from $13.60 to $13.93 and the daily remuneration limit for Community Magistrates from $435 to $446.
