Pursuant to section 35 of the Engineering Associates Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title
These regulations are the Engineering Associates Fees Amendment Regulations 2013.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2013.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the Engineering Associates Fees Regulations 2002 (the principal regulations).

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2013, amend the Engineering Associates Fees Regulations 2002 by—
increasing the fee payable for an application for registration under the Engineering Associates Act 1961 from $100 to $150; and
increasing the fee for annual registration from $60 to $95.

These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
