1 Title

These regulations are the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 1 July 2014.

3 Principal regulations

These regulations amend the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Regulations 2009 (the principal regulations).

4 Schedule, form 2 amended

In the Schedule, form 2, replace “rule 6.3.3 of the District Courts Rules 2009” with “rule 20.17(e) of the District Courts Rules 2014”.

5 Schedule, form 4 amended

In the Schedule, form 4, replace “rule 6.3.3 of the District Courts Rules 2009” with “rule 20.17(e) of the District Courts Rules 2014”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2014, make changes to the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Regulations 2009 consequential on the making of the District Courts Rules 2014.
