Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Amendment Notice 2014
Pursuant to section 2 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health gives the following notice.
Notice
1 Title
This notice is the Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Amendment Notice 2014.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Principal notice
This notice amends the Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 2000 (the principal notice).
4 Clause 4 amended (Analysts in charge)
In clause 4(2), replace
“Peter Douglas Wilson, MSc”
with“Dr Stephen John Cordiner, BSc (Hons), PhD”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, amends the principal notice to designate Dr Stephen John Cordiner, BSc (Hons), PhD, as the analyst in charge of the Institute of Environmental Science and Research Limited at Kenepuru Drive, Porirua. Dr Cordiner replaces Peter Douglas Wilson, MSc, who has retired as analyst in charge of the laboratory at Porirua.
Date of notification in Gazette: 20 February 2014.
