Pursuant to section 2 of the Limited Partnerships Amendment Act 2014, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

2 Commencement of Limited Partnerships Amendment Act 2014
The Limited Partnerships Amendment Act 2014 except sections 8, 17, and 31 comes into force on 1 September 2014.
