Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 1 April 2014, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. It declares the land described in the Schedule to be a community work centre to be known as the Wilson Street (Whanganui) Community Work Centre. The Wilson Street (Whanganui) Community Work Centre is the same centre previously known as the Wilson Street (Wanganui) Community Work Centre, but the legal description of the land is updated to reflect the leasing of some additional land that adjoins the land previously used for the Wilson Street (Wanganui) Community Work Centre. This notice revokes the notice that constituted the Wilson Street (Wanganui) Community Work Centre.
