Pursuant to sections 13, 14, and 20 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister for Primary Industries gives the following notice after complying with sections 11, 12, 13, 14, and 21 of that Act.

1 Title
This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch and Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Amendment Notice 2014.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 31 March 2014.
3 Application
This notice applies on and from the first day of the fishing year starting on 1 April 2014.
4 Principal notice
This notice amends the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch and Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice 2014 (the principal notice).
5 Schedule 1 amended
In Schedule 1, replace each item relating to a fishstock code specified in the second column of the Schedule of this notice with the corresponding item in that schedule.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice amends the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch and Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice 2014. It comes into force on 31 March 2014, but applies on and from the first day of the fishing year starting on 1 April 2014.
The amendments set or vary the total allowable catch (TAC) and total allowable commercial catch (TACC) for quota management stocks with certain fishstock codes, as follows:

Rock lobster—spiny red
for CRA2, the TAC is reduced from 452.583 to 416.500 greenweight tonnes and the TACC is reduced from 236.083 to 200.000 greenweight tonnes:
for CRA3, the TAC is increased from 354.500 to 389.950 greenweight tonnes and the TACC is increased from 225.500 to 260.950 greenweight tonnes:
for CRA4, the TAC is reduced from 694.700 to 662.000 greenweight tonnes and the TACC is reduced from 499.700 to 467.000 greenweight tonnes:
for CRA7, the TAC is increased from 64.000 to 86.000 greenweight tonnes and the TACC is increased from 44.000 to 66.000 greenweight tonnes:
for CRA9, the TAC is set at 115.800 and the TACC is increased from 47.008 to 60.800 greenweight tonnes:

Southern blue whiting
for SBW6I, the TAC is increased from 30 000 to 40 000 greenweight tonnes and the TACC is increased from 29 400 to 39 200 greenweight tonnes:

Scallop
for SCA7, the TAC is reduced from 827 to 520 meatweight tonnes and the TACC is reduced from 747 to 400 meatweight tonnes.
