Pursuant to section 2(1) of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants Amendment Act 2014, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants Amendment Act 2014 Commencement Order 2015.
2 Commencement of sections 8(2), 11, and 13 of New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants Amendment Act 2014
Sections 8(2), 11, and 13 of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants Amendment Act 2014 come into force on 1 July 2015.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings sections 8(2), 11, and 13 of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants Amendment Act 2014 into force on 1 July 2015.
The rest of that Act was brought into force on 25 November 2014 by the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants Amendment Act 2014 Commencement Order 2014.
Date of notification in Gazette: 28 May 2015.
This order is administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
