Pursuant to sections 2(2) and 75A(5) of the Land Transport Act 1998, the Minister of Police, after consultation with the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Justice, gives the following notice.

1 Title
This notice is the Land Transport (Certificates of Compliance for Evidential Breath-Testing Device (Dräger 9510NZ)) Amendment Notice 2015.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 16 February 2015.
3 Principal notice
This notice amends the Land Transport (Certificates of Compliance for Evidential Breath-Testing Device (Dräger 9510NZ)) Notice 2009 (the principal notice).
4 Clause 3 amended (Interpretation)
In clause 3, replace
“2009”
with“2015”
.
