Notice

1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch, Total Allowable Commercial Catch, and Deemed Value Rates) Amendment Notice (No 2) 2022.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 30 September 2022.

3 Application

This notice applies on and from the first day of the fishing year starting on 1 October 2022.

Replace Schedules 1 and 2 with the Schedules 1 and 2 set out in the Schedule of this notice.

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice amends the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch, Total Allowable Commercial Catch, and Deemed Value Rates) Notice 2015 (the principal notice). The amendments commence on 30 September 2022 but apply on and from the first day of the fishing year starting on 1 October 2022. This notice replaces Schedules 1 and 2 of the principal notice to make changes to the allowances and deemed value rates for the October 2022 fishing year.

Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2019.
