This order is the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Amendment Act 2014 Commencement Order 2015.

2 Commencement of specified provisions of Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Amendment Act 2014

The following provisions of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Amendment Act 2014 come into force on 6 March 2015:
- (a) section 82 (consequential amendments to, or repeals of, other Acts) but only for the purpose of the item that is coming into force under paragraph (b):
- (b) the item in Schedule 3 (consequential amendments to, or repeals of, other Acts) relating to the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings amendments to the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010 into force on 6 March 2015.

The amendments are set out in Schedule 3 of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Amendment Act 2014.
