This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 24 December 2015, removes 2 companies from statutory management under the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989 (the Act).

The effect of this order is that at 10 am on 24 December 2015, in accordance with section 62(3) of the Act,—

• the following 2 companies cease to be subject to statutory management:

  • Hubbard Churcher Trust Management Limited:

  • Forresters Nominee Company Limited:

• the appointments of their statutory managers terminate.

This order also revokes the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order (No 3) 2010, which placed those 2 companies into statutory management in 2010.
