The International Finance Agreements Amendment Act 2015 comes into force on 11 December 2015.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings the International Finance Agreements Amendment Act 2015 into force on 11 December 2015. That Act amends the International Finance Agreements Act 1961 in order to enable the Government of New Zealand to become a member of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and to implement New Zealand’s obligations under the Articles of Agreement of that Bank.
