Pursuant to section 2(2) of the Standards and Accreditation Act 2015, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Standards and Accreditation Act Commencement Order 2015.
2 Commencement of remaining provisions of Standards and Accreditation Act 2015
The remaining provisions of the Standards and Accreditation Act 2015 that have not earlier been brought into force come into force on 1 March 2016.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
Subparts 1 and 3 of Part 1 and sections 41, 43(2), 45(2), and 46(2) of the Standards and Accreditation Act 2015 (the Act) came into force on the day after the date on which the Act received the Royal assent.
This commencement order brings the remainder of the Act into force on 1 March 2016.
Date of notification in Gazette: 10 December 2015.
This order is administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
