All that parcel of land in the North Auckland Land Registration District containing 22.8941 hectares, more or less, being Areas BA, BB, and C on Land Transfer Plan 442050, being part of Lot 1 Deposited Plan 391946 and Lot 1 Deposited Plan 448846, and being part of the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register 575590 (North Auckland Registry).

This notice, which takes effect from 11 May 2015, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. The notice declares certain land to be a corrections prison and provides a legal description of that land. The corrections prison will be known as the Auckland South Corrections Facility.
