Local Government Elected Members (2016/17) (Certain Local Authorities) Amendment Determination 2017: revoked (with effect on 1 July 2017, after expiring on the close of 30 June 2017), on 27 July 2017, pursuant to clause 15(b) of the Local Government Members (2017/18) (Local Authorities) Determination 2017 (LI 2017/167).

Pursuant to clauses 6 and 7A of Schedule 7 of the Local Government Act 2002 and to the Remuneration Authority Act 1977, the Remuneration Authority makes the following determination (to which is appended an explanatory memorandum).
Determination
1 Title
This determination is the Local Government Elected Members (2016/17) (Certain Local Authorities) Amendment Determination 2017.
2 Commencement
(1)
Clause 4(1) is deemed to have come into force on 15 November 2016.

Clause 4(2) is deemed to have come into force on 13 December 2016.
(3)

Explanatory memorandum
This memorandum is not part of the determination, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This determination amends the Local Government Elected Members (2016/17) (Certain Local Authorities) Determination 2016, which came into force on 1 July 2016.
All amendments are made at the request of the councils concerned.
The amendments come into effect on the dates specified in clause 2.
