1 Title

This order is the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Amendment Act 2015 Commencement Order 2017.

2 Commencement of remaining provisions of Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Amendment Act 2015

The remaining provisions of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Amendment Act 2015 that have not earlier been brought into force come into force on 1 December 2017.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings into force, on 1 December 2017, the provisions of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Amendment Act 2015 that are not already in force. The Bill that became that Act was part of the Health and Safety Reform Bill.
