1 Title
This notice is the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna) Amendment Notice 2017.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Principal notice
This notice amends the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna) Notice 2009 (the principal notice).

This notice, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, amends the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna) Notice 2009. The amendments update the list of international conservation and management measures that have been adopted by the Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna, including measures adopted in 2017.

1 General
This is a consolidation of the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna) Amendment Notice 2017 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
