Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Amendment Notice 2017
Pursuant to section 2 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health gives the following notice.
Notice
1 Title
This notice is the Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Amendment Notice 2017.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Principal notice
This notice amends the Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 2000 (the principal notice).
4 Clause 4 amended (Analysts in charge)
In clause 4(1), replace “Dr Keith Richard Bedford, MSc (Hons), PhD”
with “Kevan Arthur John Walsh, MSc (Hons)”
.

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice amends the Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 2000 to replace the analyst in charge of the approved laboratory at Hampstead Road, Auckland. This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
Date of notification in Gazette: 9 February 2017.
