1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation) Amendment Notice 2018.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

This notice amends the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation) Notice 2013 (the principal notice).

1 General

This is a consolidation of the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation) Amendment Notice 2018 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
