This order is made under sections 3(1) and 3A(1) of the Imports and Exports (Restrictions) Act 1988 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

1 Title
This order is the Imports and Exports (Restrictions) Prohibition Order (No 2) 2004 Amendment Order 2020.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 3 December 2020.
3 Principal order
This order amends the Imports and Exports (Restrictions) Prohibition Order (No 2) 2004 (the principal order).
4 Schedule 1 amended
In Schedule 1, insert in their appropriate alphabetical order:
Dicofol
Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA; CAS No: 335-67-1), including any of its branched isomers, its salts, and PFOA-related compounds, which include any substances having a linear or branched perfluoroheptyl group with moiety (C7F15)C as one of the structural elements

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 3 December 2020, amends the Imports and Exports (Restrictions) Prohibition Order (No 2) 2004 to include 2 further chemicals in the list of Stockholm chemicals in Schedule 1 of that order.
Date of notification in Gazette: 26 November 2020.
This order is administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
