1 Title

This order is the Income Tax (Crown Regional Holdings Limited) Order 2021.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 5 August 2021.

3 Schedule 35 of the Income Tax Act 2007 amended

In the Income Tax Act 2007, Schedule 35, repeal the item relating to Provincial Growth Fund Limited.

In the Income Tax Act 2007, Schedule 35, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order:

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order amends Schedule 35 of the Income Tax Act 2007 in order to rename the Provincial Growth Fund Limited, a non-listed company in which the Crown is the sole shareholder, as Crown Regional Holdings Limited. This order comes into force on 5 August 2021.
