Order
1 Title
This order is the Road User Charges (Temporary RUC Reduction Scheme Extension) Order 2022.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 14 July 2022.
3 Temporary reduction period extended
For the purposes of section 42A(1)(b)(i) of the Road User Charges Act 2012, the temporary reduction period ends on 31 January 2023.
Clause 3: amended, on 22 July 2022, by clause 4 of the Road User Charges (Temporary RUC Reduction Scheme Extension) Amendment Order 2022 (SL 2022/215).

1 General
This is a consolidation of the Road User Charges (Temporary RUC Reduction Scheme Extension) Order 2022 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
