This order is made under section 4(4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Misuse of Drugs (Classification and Presumption of Supply) Amendment Order 2022.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 15 December 2022.
3 Principal order
This order amends the Misuse of Drugs (Classification and Presumption of Supply) Order 2022.
4 Clause 8 amended (Schedule 5 amended)
In clause 8, replace “Fentanyl analogues specified in Schedule 3”
with “Fentanyl analogues specified in Schedule 1”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 15 December 2022, corrects a cross-reference that relates to fentanyl analogues in clause 8 of the Misuse of Drugs (Classification and Presumption of Supply) Order 2022.
