This order, which comes into force on 30 September 2024, removes Gwin Corporation Limited from statutory management under the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989 (the Act).

The effect of this order is that, in accordance with sections 61(3) and 62(3) of the Act, at 1 am on 30 September 2024,—

• Gwin Corporation Limited ceases to be subject to statutory management and the appointment of its statutory managers terminates:

• the Official Assignee becomes the liquidator of Gwin Corporation Limited.

This order also revokes the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order (No 2) 1994, which placed Gwin Corporation Limited into statutory management in 1994. That order also placed a further 5 corporations into statutory management. The statutory management of those 5 corporations has since ended.
