This notice is the Land Transport (Approved Laboratory and Analyst in Charge) Amendment Notice 2025.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 15 December 2025.
3 Principal notice
This notice amends the Land Transport (Approved Laboratory and Analyst in Charge) Notice 2000.

This note is not part of the notice but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice, which comes into force on 15 December 2025, amends the Land Transport (Approved Laboratory and Analyst in Charge) Notice 2000 to approve the laboratory of the New Zealand Institute for Public Health and Forensic Science Limited to analyse oral fluid samples for the purposes of the Land Transport Act 1998.
