This Act is the Crimes Amendment Act 2008.
2 Commencement
(1) Section 5 comes into force on the day that is 6 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
(2) The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
That Part 2 and Schedules 1 and 2 be a separate Bill, and that for the Part 2 heading and clause 17 there be substituted the following enacting words and clauses:

2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.

This Act is the District Courts Amendment Act 2008.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

This Act is the Juries Amendment Act 2008.
2 Commencement
(1) This Act (except sections 68, 75, 76, and 82A) comes into force on the day that is 6 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
(2) Sections 68, 75, 76, and 82A come into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council; and 1 or more Orders in Council may be made appointing different dates for different provisions.
That Part 5 and Schedules 4 to 6 be a separate Bill, and that for the Part 5 heading there be substituted the following enacting words and clauses:
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Summary Proceedings Amendment Act 2008.
2 Commencement
(1) This Act (other than this section and sections 84, 88 to 91, 92A, and 93) comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.
(2) This section and sections 84, 88 to 91, 92A, and 93 come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
That Part 6 be a separate Bill, and that for the Part 6 heading and there be substituted the following enacting words and clauses:

This Act is the Victims' Rights Amendment Act 2008.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
