Psychoactive Substances Bill
Barbara Stewart, in Committee, to move the following amendments:
Clause 55
After clause 55(1) (after line 13 on page 47) insert:
(1A) All outer and inner surfaces, and both sides of any lining, of the retail packaging of approved products must have a drab dark brown matt finish.(1B) The text of the brand, business or company name, or variant name of the approved products must have a black matt finish.(1C) The following are not required to be the colours described in subsections (1A) and (1B)—(a) the health warnings; and(b) any relevant legislative requirements.

Delete clause 83(1)(e)(ia). (lines 32 to 35 on page 75)
This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Psychoactive Substances Bill to require drab dark brown matt packaging for the outer and inner packaging of approved psychoactive substances.
