Clause 12

In clause 12(b), replace “Employment Relations Act 2000.” (line 37 on page 11) with “Employment Relations Act 2000; or”, and insert:

  • (c) constitute new employment for the purposes of the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987.
