Tracey Martin, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 131A

Delete clause 131A (page 67, lines 27 to 32).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Education (Update) Amendment Bill, deleting clause 131A to ensure that the chief executive of Te Kura – the Correspondence School must be a qualified and registered teacher.
