After clause 5 (page 4, after line 16), insert:

5A New section 59A inserted (High Court ruling on the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act)

After section 59, insert:

59A High Court ruling on the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act

No party leader may give notice under section 55C if the High Court issues a declaratory judgement that they are in breach of the New Zealand Bill of Right Act, notwithstanding section 4 of the Act.
