Fair Trading Act 1986 No 121 (as at 01 May 2011), Public Act

1 Short Title and commencement

  • (1) This Act may be cited as the Fair Trading Act 1986.

    (2) Except as provided in section 49(3), this Act shall come into force on 1 March 1987.
