Enforceable undertakings

34 Enforceable undertakings

(1)

The enforcement department may accept a written undertaking given by a person in connection with—

(a)

commercial electronic messages; or

(b)

address-harvesting software; or

(c)

harvested-address lists.

(2)

The person may withdraw or vary the undertaking at any time, but only with the consent of the enforcement department.
