Recognition of customary interests

94 Recognition of protected customary rights and customary marine title

(1)

A protected customary right or customary marine title relating to a specified part of the common marine and coastal area may be recognised by—

(a)

an agreement made in accordance with section 95 and brought into effect under section 96; or

(b)

an order of the Court made on an application under section 100.

(2)

A protected customary right or customary marine title may not be recognised in any other way.
