These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Justice.
These regulations are made under sections 2 and 36(a) of the Courts Security Act 1999 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Courts Security Regulations 2019.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 8 April 2019.
3 Interpretation
In these regulations, Act means the Courts Security Act 1999.
4 Transitional, savings, and related provisions
The transitional, savings, and related provisions set out in Schedule 1 have effect according to their terms.
5 Tribunals designated for purposes of Act and declared to be bodies to which Act applies
Each tribunal listed in Schedule 2 is—
(a)
designated as a tribunal for the purposes of the Act; and
(b)
declared to be a body to which the Act applies.
